Partners & Commercial Relationships
How PropertyWorth™ evaluates sponsorships, provider listings, referrals, and other relationships.
Effective and last updated August 21, 2026Relationship labels
Every listing must use the label that matches the actual relationship: related or affiliated business, Sponsored — paid placement, Paid link — we may earn a commission, Selected resource — no payment received, or Verified under our published standard. “Partner” alone does not replace a specific disclosure.
Available relationships
Subject to review and inventory, organizations may inquire about direct sponsorship, clearly labeled provider listings, affiliate or referral relationships, educational sponsorship, API or white-label arrangements, and geographic or category-based inventory.
What payment cannot buy
Payment cannot buy a different formula, result, score, estimate, or explanation; suppress a warning; purchase an unsupported claim; purchase a verification label; obtain undisclosed access to result or contact information; or create a placement designed to look like navigation or an independent result.
Review standards
Potential partners should accurately identify their organization, services, service area, pricing approach, eligibility limits, credentials where applicable, destination URLs, campaign dates, and requested relationship. We may request evidence for objective claims.
Advertising and verification are separate
Commercial review asks whether a placement is appropriate and can be truthfully presented. Verification, if offered, is a separate evidence-based process. A listing may be sponsored without being verified, and verification cannot be purchased by itself.
Campaign controls
Campaigns may be limited by site, page, category, geography, placement, start date, end date, and inventory. Partners are responsible for accurate claims, current credentials, their own privacy and security practices, customer service, and reporting material changes.
No guaranteed acceptance
Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, exclusivity, endorsement, verification, promise of placement, or obligation to respond. A relationship begins only after written approval and any required agreement.
Submit or report
Use the inquiry form to describe the organization, requested placement, audience, service area, dates, and destination. Do not submit customer lists, credentials, government identifiers, or regulated personal information. The form may also be used to report a concerning listing or disclosure.
