What PropertyWorth™ collects, why it is used, when others process it, and the choices available to you.

Core calculator inputs are designed to run in your browser. If you save, send, retrieve, or share a result, we process the displayed result, source page, email address, optional mobile number, consent choices, reference identifier, and information needed to deliver and retrieve it. Partner inquiries include the information entered in that form.
Saved and shared results
Saving a result does not create an account. A reference plus matching contact information may permit retrieval. A share URL is an unlisted capability link: anyone who obtains it may view the saved result without signing in. Treat it as confidential and do not place passwords, account numbers, government identifiers, confidential documents, or other sensitive information in a result.
How information is used
We use information to operate calculations and requested features, deliver email or prepare a text, retrieve saved results, answer inquiries, protect against abuse, maintain security, measure reliability, comply with law, and honor the separate communication choices you make.
Email, text, and marketing choices
Email is required only when you choose to save and send a result. A mobile number is optional unless you request the text feature. Transactional delivery does not enroll you in recurring marketing. CHIMA™ marketing and Trusted Sponsor contact are separate, optional choices; neither box is preselected. You may withdraw either choice through the preferences link provided with the record or by emailing privacy@chima.systems.
Trusted Sponsor contact
If you affirmatively select the Trusted Sponsor option, we may provide selected sponsors with your contact details, the source site, and the calculator topic so they may contact you about relevant services. The standard sponsor lead view and export do not include the detailed result text. We do not provide sponsor access when this choice is off, and declining it does not affect the calculator or saved-result features.
Sale and sharing choices
We do not currently sell bulk saved-result contact lists or use the Trusted Sponsor option for cross-context behavioral advertising. If a future arrangement is treated as a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law, we will provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism before using the information that way and will honor applicable browser-based opt-out signals.
Technical data and service providers
Cloud hosting, security, analytics, advertising, email, and messaging providers may process IP address, browser and device information, request timing, security signals, delivery data, consent signals, or other limited information for their assigned service. Their processing is governed by their own terms and our arrangements with them.
Google advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to make clearly labeled third-party advertising available. Google and approved ad technology providers may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, pixels, IP addresses, and similar technologies to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and abuse, limit how often an ad appears, and maintain security. Calculator inputs are not provided to advertising services for ad targeting.
Personalized, non-personalized, and limited ads
Where permitted, personalized ads may use consented information about interests or prior activity. Non-personalized ads use limited contextual information, such as the page topic, general location, or current session, rather than an advertising profile. Limited ads use still fewer identifiers when consent for advertising storage is absent or restricted. Availability depends on region, consent, Google settings, and advertiser demand; we do not guarantee that an ad will be shown.
Regional advertising consent
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google’s certified consent management platform uses the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework to present advertising choices and communicate consent to Google and participating ad technology providers. The message explains the purposes and providers involved and offers Do not consent, Consent, and Manage options. Optional analytics and advertising remain off while the applicable consent state is unresolved.
Retention and security
Saved results are ordinarily retained for up to 12 months. Partnership inquiries and records of consent are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or it is no longer needed, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and dispute requirements. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not promise permanent share-link availability.
Your choices and requests
Use the Privacy choices link in the site footer to manage first-party analytics and other optional site preferences. In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, choose Advertising & cookie choices there to reopen Google’s consent options and modify or withdraw advertising consent. A change applies prospectively and may require the page to reload; it cannot undo processing that lawfully occurred before the change. You may decline marketing and Trusted Sponsor contact, use the preferences link provided for a saved-result record, avoid saving a result, keep an optional mobile number blank, and avoid sharing a result link. Email privacy@chima.systems to request access, correction, deletion, opt-out, or another applicable privacy right. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required or permitted by law.
Children
Children may use age-appropriate educational calculators with a parent or legal guardian. A child under 13 must not submit an email address, mobile number, saved-result request, lookup request, partnership inquiry, or marketing consent. The parent or guardian must perform any save, send, lookup, inquiry, or consent action.
